Angela Azzarito - APRN-BC

Medical Director & Co-Founder

Angela Azzarito didn't set out to build just another aesthetics clinic. She set out to build something Kansas had never quite seen- a place where medical-grade expertise meets genuine, unhurried care, and where every person who walks through the door feels truly seen.

As a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and co-founder of Verity Health & Aesthetics, Angela brings years of clinical experience to every consultation and treatment she delivers. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, but guided by something equally important: listening. Before recommending any treatment, Angela takes the time to understand each client's unique goals, concerns, and definition of feeling their best.

Angela's expertise spans aesthetic medicine-including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced skin treatments as well as medical wellness, including weight management and hormone health. Her results are known for one quality above all others: they look natural, because she believes enhancement should reveal the best version of you, never override it.

At Verity, Angela has created a culture of transparency, trust, and clinical integrity. She believes her clients deserve the truth- about what a treatment can realistically achieve, about what they genuinely need, and about what it means to feel well from the inside out.

Jennifer McConnaughy - RN, ACM-RN

Behind every great clinic is someone who makes sure everything runs beautifully and at Verity, that person is Jennifer McConnaughy. As co-founder, registered nurse, managing director, and aesthetic practitioner, Jennifer is the cornerstone of the Verity experience, bringing clinical skill, warmth, and an exceptional commitment to client care to everything she does.

Jennifer holds dual credentials as a Registered Nurse and an Accredited Case Manager (ACM-RN)- a distinction that speaks to her deep understanding of holistic, coordinated patient care. In the treatment room, Jennifer is a skilled and versatile practitioner, performing the full range of Verity's aesthetic and wellness services. From neuromodulators and dermal fillers to advanced skin treatments and facial rejuvenation, Jennifer delivers results with the same precision, artistry, and commitment to natural outcomes that defines the Verity standard.
